There is nothing like the fire of God. The ministry has showed me how to get hungry for the fire of God, recieve it and give it to others.

hey-Lauren..the truth is that anytime you spend with the Lord is taking you deeper and closer. The hinderance is just plain uncomfortable flesh that wants attention from you so it can live! Sometimes the very thing that is bugging you in your prayer time is the exact thing Jesus wants to talk to you about so you CAN get closer..He interacts with us in a million ways–sometimes intense fire so powerful you don’t notice your flesh(like at church) and other times..a still small nudge that stirs up some issues to be dealt with..but it’s all good because He is the author and finisher of our faith! we can’t lose.

I have felt the fire of God many times espically when i pray like today i was praying and ifelt like God wanted to take me deeper with him but i told God i wasnt ready and i want to go deeper but something is holding me back….I only feel comfortable in church but at home bymyslef it feels awkward but how do i go deeper without anything blocking me

Paul..how long have you been on fire like this? when was it that you were touched at a meeting? Have you seen the video for RBI? it’ll get the fires burning in anybody who’ll watch it!

It’s like a Fire shut up in my bones! The fire is like gas to a car. Your not going anywhere without that Holy Ghost 1000 octane gas. God burns out the junk and then burns a passion for Him and the lost. I got touched in a meeting and now everything I touch gets ignited (AWESOME). The fire spreads and touches others, heals them, and leads them to Jesus. I could run a lap just thinking about it!

Hi cHenderson.I agree that what’s inside isn’t always obvious to me – good and bad. It’s the fire for sure and the word that Pastor preaches that makes it come to light. you can read some sermon notes.

The fire burns out things on the inside of me that takes up space–usually weights (that hold me back from drawing closer to God) or sins (I may or may not be aware of)–Now there’s room for more of God on the inside of me! I experienced the fire of God at one of pastors meetings and I’ll never be the same again!

Ahhhhhh! The fire of God…nothing else like it! It has been described as “under the spout where the glory comes out”, as Pastor would say, which for me is when I am so drenched with anointing over my head that it runs down like a waterfall and I cannot move! Or, it can feel like my feet are attached to electrodes and currents run throughout until my batteries are recharged so serve the Lord. Sometimes I feel the presence of God because I feel a “whoosh”, sweep over me from the top of my head to the bottoms of my feet. I usually stay seated, or I’ll fall out! I am laughing because I am happy/filled with joy…I am falling down because I cannot stand up anymore! Nothing else like it!

I had a lady ask me what the fire of God was. she wanted it but wanted to know how to recognize it when it came! I told her to watch some videos-told her she has to experience His Fire lst before she can attempt to define it!
